What exactly is the
Warriors In Flow Brotherhood?
We are a mentorship community with tribal councils of eight man each that are committed to growth and meet every week.
They receive mentorship directed to access the flow state and achieve ultimate performance in the office and during their fun time and take advantage of mutual support while on Mastermind to contribute to each other's success and to promote the mentality of growth through creating adventures and quests.

What is the Design of this experience?
The Warriors In Flow Brotherhood has five foundations.
1. Tribal Council
The brotherhood is divided into tribal councils of eight man that will be selected to stand together and deepen their connection according to the results of a profiling test that indicates their primary genius energy which are connected with the four elements and the four seasons.
Brothers of a tribe can request to be transferred to another tribe if they desire and they will belong to the Brotherhood Castle group that will welcome all members of all tribes for sharing and council.
We meet every week but you have two different kinds of councils. You will be part of a Flow Mastermind Group for direct support and accountability on your projects and you will be part of a Flow State training group to learn how to enter the zone at will and ignite your passion for learning more about your powers of becoming more creative and productive.
2. Flow Mastermind Group
Mastermind groups offer a combination of brainstorming, education, peer accountability and support in a group setting to sharpen your business and personal skills.

3. Flow State Training
Entering the flow state or the zone is described as being completely involved in an activity for its own sake. The ego falls away. Time flies. Every action, movement, and thought follows inevitably from the previous one, like playing jazz. Your whole being is involved, and you’re using your skills to the utmost.

4. Your Hero’s Journey and your multiple identities
As a boy you fought imaginary wars with your toys and also engaged in fighting one way or another. One of the primary archetypes is the Warrior. The warrior archetype exists across all eras and nations and is virtually identical in every culture.
According to Jung, archetypes are the larger-than-life, mythic-scale personifications of the stages that we pass through as we mature. The youth, the lover, the wanderer, the joker, the king, the wise man, the mystic and so on.
Movies are full of archetypes and also depict the Hero’s Journey that according to Joseph Campbell represents the possibility of growth and expansion of every man that decides to answer the call to adventure.
Different fields of play like negotiating a deal at work, playing with your kids or supporting your team during a game require different roles and your performance is radically modified as you show up as a different version of yourself all the time. To live in an extraordinary world you will learn how to show up as your most daring self by exploring the possibility of assuming or creating new identities to live parts of your personality that might be dormant and this way have a more intense and fulfilling life.
5. Remove your Heart Wall
You will also receive a private session every quarter to release trapped emotions from your past that have been holding you back and influencing negatively the way you deal with your challenges at work, express your love in your relationships or feel confident to explore the world that keeps expanding and creating new opportunities for you to become bolder by connecting to yourself and to others in an empowering and magical way.
