1. Booking
- Select your coaching or tutoring programme, book your sessions based on availability, and complete payment in advance to secure your place.
- Once payment is confirmed, we will send you details for scheduling your sessions.
2. Rebooking
- Private Coaching or Tutoring Sessions:
- You may rebook your session for
FREE if you notify us at least
24 hours in advance of your scheduled session.
- Rebooked sessions must be rescheduled within
60 days of the original session date.
- Late Cancellations or No-Shows:
- If you cancel your session within
24 hours of the scheduled time, or fail to attend, you will forfeit the payment for that session.
- To reschedule a missed session, you will need to rebook it and pay for the session
pro-rata.
3. Refund Policy
- We operate under a
no-refund policy, as we prioritise commitment and accountability to drive real, transformational results.
- Once payment is made and sessions are scheduled, no refunds will be issued except under the
Iron-Clad Guarantee terms outlined below.

5. Iron-Clad Guarantee
- If you attend
100% of the sessions on time, follow all instructions, and complete the assigned exercises, we guarantee the following:

under 35: You will increase your reading speed by at least
112%, with improved comprehension and processing power as your skills stabilise.
✅ For participants aged
35 and above: You will increase your reading speed by at least
71%, with progressively enhanced comprehension and focus. - If you meet the above criteria and fail to achieve these benchmarks, we will refund your payment in full.

television interviews, newspaper articles, or other media features to highlight the impact of the study.

7. Payment Terms
- Payments must be made in full before the programme begins.
- Accepted payment methods include
credit cards, bank transfers, and other payment options listed during the booking process.
8. Rescheduling Group Sessions
- Group sessions (public or private) operate on fixed schedules. Individual participants cannot reschedule their attendance in a group session.
- For private group sessions, the organiser may request changes to the schedule with at least
7 days’ notice, subject to availability.
9. Code of Conduct
- All participants are expected to:
- Arrive on time and actively participate in each session.
- Maintain a respectful and supportive environment for all participants.
- Keep session content confidential when attending private or group coaching.
- Any disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the programme without a refund.
10. Intellectual Property
- All programme materials, methods, and content are the exclusive property of
Humans in Flow and are intended for personal use only.
- Participants may not copy, distribute, or use the materials for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
11. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
- Results Disclaimer: While our programmes are designed to deliver measurable results, individual success depends on factors such as effort, consistency, and engagement. Results may vary.
- Limitation of Liability:
Humans in Flow is not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from participation in the programme.
12. Programme Changes
- Humans in Flow reserves the right to modify programme content, schedules, or trainers as necessary to ensure the highest quality experience. Participants will be notified of significant changes in advance.
